Return Policy:

DVD-ROM can be returned only if unopened and in its original shrinkwrap.

To qualify for a refund, books and DVD-ROM must be returned within 7 days.

Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment.

Only the book/DVD-ROM price and any applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Books must be returned in brand new condition with original invoice or packing slip. You must pay for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

Your refund will be processed once the book/DVD-ROM is received. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment. If the book/DVD-ROM does not arrive, and tracking is not provided, the refund will be cancelled.
